Dear Valued Client, Please note that our upstream providers have planned a network maintenance window from 3:00AM to 9:00AM EST on Saturday, March 21st. The window is for a routine upgrade to fiber. They are allowing six hours for the maintenance, however expect no more than 5 minutes of total downtime for our server. This network maintenance completes the 2nd half of previous maintenance window originally scheduled March 7th 2009 to which no complaints of outages were received, and the process for this window will be identical to the previous one. Please be advised of this scheduled maintenance window and allow for adequate time to pass before opening up any support tickets during the window.
